SMS Terms & Compliance
Terms and compliance information for business texting services.
About Business Texting Compliance
Business texting (also known as A2P or Application-to-Person messaging) is regulated by wireless carriers to reduce spam and ensure legitimate business communications. SonicVoIP complies with all carrier requirements, including the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration program.
When you use SonicVoIP for business texting, you must register your use case with the carriers. This registration process typically takes 1-2 weeks, and we guide you through every step.
